Texas Ebony stopper.  Almost black with light sapwood edge and chrome and silicone parts.   Food Safe 100% Tung oil and wax finish.  Hand Wash only.  Metal and silicone unscrew easily if you prefer to machine wash those parts.  Also, I have two styles of the chrome parts, and can change one for the other if desired.  4" long
